PITCH INTERVENTION
Strengthening pitches under pressure.
Senior-led creative intervention for agencies who refuse to leave their work to chance.
Your creative insurance policy for pitches under pressure
Pitching can be brutal. Timelines are tight, the competition is fierce, and the margin between winning and losing rarely comes down to who had the best ideas. ‘Nice to have’ isn’t enough. Your work has to be essential.
Whether you're sharpening a creative strategy, reviewing your deck, or feeling too close to the work to see it clearly, the difference between a nearly-pitch and a winning pitch is perspective.
Pitch Intervention is your strategic safeguard, stress-testing your pitch from every angle – audience, client, and production reality – before you enter ‘the room’. This is a targeted intervention designed to increase your win-rate by identifying the gaps, sharpening the argument, and ensuring your creative ideas land with the impact they deserve.
From pitch uncertainty and creative drift >>>
to work that’s clear, compelling, and built to win.
Pitch Intervention is a senior creative review designed to pressure-test your pitch before it goes out the door.
Frank interrogates your core proposition, campaign or trailer/asset proposal, and creative strategy – drawing on a proven track record of agency-side pitch wins, securing accounts with clients like Sony PlayStation, Ubisoft, Plaion, Konami and Creative Assembly. He’ll identify what’s landing, what’s weakening your case, and where your presentation needs to be sharper.
Whatever stage you're at, you leave with a stronger pitch presentation, and the confidence to deliver it.
HOW IT WORKS:
Frank reviews your pitch deck and supporting materials in advance.
You’ll then meet for a focused review call (up to 2 hours for individual assets, 3 hours for full campaigns), where you’ll receive clear diagnosis, prioritised feedback and specific recommendations across:
Strategy and proposition clarity
Creative strength and concept differentiation
Commercial credibility and audience appeal
Presentation structure and narrative flow.
The aim is to deliver decisive improvement – so your pitch is clearer, stronger, and easy for clients to say yes to.
PRICE:
Single asset: £2,500 for pre-review, in-person review session (up to 2 hours), action summary email/video, and 24hr follow-up email support.
Full campaign: £4,500 for pre-review (up to 80pp pitch deck), in-person review session (up to 3 hours), action summary email/video, and 24hr follow-up email support.
Subject to availability. Book early to secure your preferred slot.
Note: All engagements are NDA-protected. I never work on competing pitches simultaneously.

PRE-SUBMISSION REVIEW
Full review of your pitch deck and supporting materials before the call. This ensures feedback is specific, contextual and actionable – and makes the most of our time together on the call.
Please note: each single asset Pitch Intervention booking covers the review of one specific asset (trailer, installation, key art, etc). Each full campaign Pitch Intervention booking covers the review of one ‘master’ pitch deck (max 80 slides), plus any supporting creative appendices.
Review materials must be received a minimum of 48 HOURS in advance of our scheduled session to ensure deep-dive pre-analysisDEEP-DIVE STRATEGIC & CREATIVE REVIEW CALL
(Up to 2 hours for individual assets, 3 hours for full campaigns.)
Live walkthrough of the pitch, identifying strengths, risks, and missed opportunities. We’ll have ample time to discuss feedback throughout – and you’ll leave with clarity on what to change and improve first.
REVIEW CALL WILL INCLUDE:
i) Audience-Perspective Stress Testing
Insight into how gaming audiences respond to ideas ‘in the wild’, with a mind to the specific IP and target audience your creative is aimed at.
ii) Client-Perspective Stress Testing
Insight into how agencies and publishers actually evaluate ideas internally. This helps you avoid the ‘great idea, wrong room’ problem.
iii) Production Viability Stress Testing
Appraising proposed creative ideas from a practical perspective, ensuring ideas are deliverable within scope and timeframes – avoiding awkward moments in the room when the client asks: ‘yeah, but is that even possible?’
iv) Prioritised Action Framework
Clear guidance on what must change vs what is optional. Saving you time during amends and final preparation, avoiding unnecessary rework.
POST-CALL SUMMARY VIDEO & EMAIL
Concise walk-through video summing up key takeaways. This keeps the team aligned – even those who might not have made the call – and provides a reminder post-call of key action priorities. You’ll also receive an email checklist of suggested revisions.
FOLLOW-UP CLARIFICATION WINDOW
24hr post-call email support for clarification on feedback while you implement changes.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT
Where appropriate, Frank can step in to provide hands-on senior creative direction and/or support to help realise the recommended changes. This is offered on a limited, case-by-case basis, and priced separately depending on scope, timelines and availability.

WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK THIS?
Ideally at least 3–5 working days before final submission. This gives you time to implement meaningful improvements without creating internal crunch.
If timelines are tighter, On-Demand Consultation may be a better fit.
IS THIS FOR AGENCIES, PUBLISHERS, OR BOTH?My direct experience is agency-side, pitching to AAA publishers and winning multi-million accounts across trailers and full 360 campaigns.
That said, Pitch Intervention is also valuable for internal teams pitching ideas or campaigns to stakeholders or leadership.
WILL YOU REWRITE OR REDESIGN THE PITCH?
Pitch Intervention is primarily a senior review and direction service.
Where appropriate, hands-on support can be scoped separately. This keeps the core service focused, fast, and high impact – and ensures clients leave with skills and insights they can apply going forward.
WHAT IF WE NEED ONGOING SUPPORT AFTER THIS?Clients are able to combine Pitch Intervention with:
On-Demand Creative Consultation: for fast follow-up reviews or decisions.
Creative Lift Mentorship: to raise team pitch capability long-term.
IS THIS CONFIDENTIAL?Yes. All materials and discussions are treated as strictly confidential. I will not start working with you unless I have signed an NDA, and I will never work on a pitch project where I have a prior commitment to another agency, or previous insight on a project from a publisher or marketing team.
Please see my full Terms & Conditions for more details.
WE’RE NOT SURE IF WE’RE READY FOR REVIEW YET.I’m well-used to looking at agency decks as they’re being assembled, so provided you have your overall direction and/or creative concepts down, even in draft format – you’re in a strong enough place to receive benefit from Pitch Intervention.
In my experience, early intervention often leads to stronger outcomes.

ADVANCED REVIEW: Due to the complexity of pitch processes and deck hierarchies, all materials must be submitted 48 hours in advance. This ensures I have the necessary time to red-team your materials thoroughly.
THE 48HR COMMITMENT: As your slot is reserved exclusively, preventing other bookings, rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will be refunded in full. Because Pitch Intervention requires significant prep time blocked exclusively for you and your pre-review, cancellations under 48 hours are non-refundable.
A NOTE ON OUTCOMES: While this service is designed to materially strengthen your pitch quality and strategic decisions, final commercial outcomes depend on external market variables beyond the control of Hit Point.
