Privacy policy

I am a consultant, not a data broker. I collect only the information necessary to provide high-level creative direction and ensure your project’s security.


1. What I Collect & Why: I collect your name, email, and project materials solely to facilitate your bookings and provide pre-session analysis. Information submitted via booking intake forms is used solely to prepare for your session and is not shared with third parties. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. 


2. Ironclad Confidentiality: Your project assets (decks, trailers, WIPs) are treated as trade secrets. I am the sole reviewer of these materials. They are never shared with third parties, and I do not use your proprietary data to train AI or build external databases.


3. Data Control: You retain full rights over your data. If you wish for your materials or contact information to be deleted from my records following our engagement, simply email frank@hitpoint.consulting and I will delete them within 48 hours.
